We generate engineering production drawings or assembly layout drawings to match customer specifications. International drafting standards set by ISO, DIN or other user-specified standards are followed. Our complex 3D geometrical models express built-in design intent, and behavioral modeling is used to optimize the design. The models could be completely parametric, with interdependent dimensions driven by relations. The best possible techniques are used to obtain the optimal CAD model. We have enviable competencies in mathematical modeling and experience in all aspects of structural and thermal engineering required for design validation and optimization. Old drawings on paper or from an old CAD package can be converted to the latest CAD packages.

We ensure cost effectiveness, consistent quality and quick turn-around. Many of the products required reverse engineering, with value addition being made to the design and the product. Various methods like IGS file reading, scanning and CMM measurements were used for the creation of the design. Many of the projects are related to tooling, moulds and dies, an area where frequent usage results in severe wearing away of the products during operation, adversely affecting the component accuracy.
